Air conditioning is one of the single biggest consumers of electricity in your rental property. GeckoEye II is a fully automated system that uses door/window and motion sensors to monitor a room's "state". Specifically if doors or windows are open or the room is occupied. Armed with this information the GeckoEye II controller is able to make decisions about how to control the room's AC and Thermostat.

Here's how:
- AC will switch off if a door or window is left open for an extended period of time. Normally 2 minutes.
- AC will turn back on once the doors and/or windows are closed.
- AC will adjust to a "reasonable" temperature if a room is left unoccupied for a specified period of time
- The AC will return to its original temperature setting when the room is again occupied
- All of the above events are reported to a web service that lets you see "how your property is being used" and "realized savings" each time the AC is adjusted automatically.

And that's not all...
Not only does the GeckoEye II controller make all decisions for you automatically, you will also have the option to control devices real-time from anywhere in the world! You can log in to our easy to use website and view the activity in your property and make changes "on the fly".
Here's some of what you can do real-time via are web portal:
- switch lights on and off
- change the temperature on the thermostat
- set minimum/maximum temperature levels
- set timers for lights/AC
- monitor movement (great as an extra security measure)
Another benefit of the GeckoEye II system is that it logs all data about how your property is used. You can review historical events and spot trends on door, window, AC and light usage.
