Who will help me when things go wrong?

GeckoTech offers customised Support Contracts to all their customers. Each Contract is personalised, meaning that as a Customer of GT you will not be paying for Support that you do not require. The Support Contract provides each customer with cover for their chosen technological solution. GeckoTech will ensure you are not left hanging when your system fails!


BENEFITS OF A SUPPORT CONTRACT INCLUDE:

  • 12 months or monthly contracts
  • Support during standard business hours 0800 – 1700 Monday to Friday
  • Locked-in discounted hourly support rates
  • Fixed number of built-in support hours per month
  • 4 hour response time
  • Software/Firmware upgrades
